Job Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a to join as a Supervisor - Food & Beverage. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Supervise dining operations across restaurants, lounges, and event service areas.
• Allocate tasks, monitor shift performance, and ensure service standards are met.
• Support the Assistant Manager with guest issue resolution and feedback handling.
• Train new staff and ensure consistent application of SOPs and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory of service equipment and F&B supplies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and culinary teams for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all F&B outlets.
• Support special event setups, guest requests, and VIP arrangements.

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory or senior waiter experience in F&B or hospitality
• Knowledge of service styles (buffet, à la carte, banqueting)
• Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and order management
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols
