Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant / CPA with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
• Experience in finance within a large corporation or financial institution.
• Experience managing a finance team, preferably in a commercial treasury department.

Responsibilities

• Manage aircraft financing projects and oversee financing mandates.
• Review and monitor financing risks and ensure funding availability.
• Provide senior-level support to VP Financing and maintain relationships with financiers.
• Negotiate export credit and guarantee terms with Export Credit Agencies.
• Evaluate and manage long-term financing risks with appropriate recommendations.
• Support corporate finance functions with financial analysis and project recommendations.
• Optimise capital structure and provide cost-effective financing solutions.
