Qualifications

• 10-12 years of recruitment experience required.
• Background in GCC region recruitment preferred.
• Experience in managing teams is a plus.
• Good command of English; Arabic, French, or Hindi are a plus.

• Co-design recruitment strategy with the Head of Department.
• Manage recruitment team and development.
• Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs.
• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment process.
