Qualifications

• Minimum six years of relevant experience, preferably HR generalist role.
• Ability to provide HR strategic and operational support.
• Experience in managing employee grievances and disciplinary issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR strategic and operational support.
• Act as a strategic and operational business partner.
• Support in orientation of new joiners and follow up on their progress.
• Handle staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Facilitate communication on HR matters.
• Maintain documentation and records as per compliance.
