Transformation Services is part of the GCOO, driving the transformation agenda by accelerating and delivering effective change globally, with capabilities across consulting, programme management, business analysis and portfolio management.
The vision statement for Global Chief Operating Office (GCOO) Transformation Services is to be the Group’s strategic change partner, support the implementation of the Group Strategy and make change a source of sustainable competitive advantage for HSBC. GCOO change teams are at the center of the bank, working between Lines of Businesses and Infrastructure team on the highest profile programmes from strategy achtergrond, to delivery and change adoption.
As a key member of the GCOO Transformation team, reporting directly to the UAE & MENAT Head of Transformation, in this role you will be responsible for working collaboratively with local retail and wealth banking heads, as well as a variety of global business and delivery partners to take initiatives from initiation through to final implementation. You will operate at an executive level and engage and influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across HSBC.
