Job description

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most strategic partner accounts. You will be responsible for the development and growth of strategic accounts on Keeta. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, have high standards, and operate as a business owner who understands key levers to achieve results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships with our most strategic partners, including top F&B groups and brands in the Middle East. Interact effectively with key persons within the partner organization and influence senior executives.
  2. Business Growth: Contribute to business strategy development, identify key initiatives that drive growth, and improve customer and merchant experience. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to support growth objectives.
  3. Key Project Implementation: Initiate or undertake high-priority projects such as brand expansion, marketing, and promotional events, aiming for effective results.
  4. Innovation: Explore new approaches in delivery operations with brand partners, leveraging insights from the local F&B industry and online food delivery platforms.

Qualifications:
  1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in business collaboration, such as key account sales, channel/vendor management, or project management in third-party companies.
  2. Strong business sense and judgment, with insights into the F&B or food delivery industry being a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills; proficiency in English or Cantonese preferred.
  4. Strong learning ability, open mindset, and eagerness to explore new business models.
  5. Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
