We’re hiring a Store Manager for a brand-new concept store at Dubai Airport, representing an amazing local UAE brand that’s all about experience, storytelling, and modern retail.

This isn’t a typical “stand behind the counter” role. We’re looking for a hands‑on retail leader who loves being on the floor, talking to customers, coaching a team, and bringing a concept to life in a busy, on‑the‑go environment.

The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store. You’ll:

• Lead a small, energetic retail team on the shop floor – coaching, supporting, and setting the tone.
• Make sure the store always looks fresh, inviting, and on‑brand – from displays to product placement.
• Keep stock flowing – replenishing fast‑moving items, watching sell‑through, and avoiding empty shelves.
• Create a warm, human, memorable experience for every traveler who walks in – not just a transaction.
• Drive sales, conversion, and average basket value through great service, product knowledge, and smart merchandising.
• Own the day‑to‑day operations – opening/closing, cash handling, basic reporting, and smooth shift handovers.
• Work closely with the brand team to test ideas, launch new products, and shape how this concept evolves.

Who You Are

You’re a retail person at heart – you like the buzz, the people, the pace. You probably describe yourself like this:

• You’ve worked as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Retail Manager / Department Manager in on‑the‑go retail, travel retail, convenience, fashion, lifestyle, or F&B.
• You’re comfortable in high‑traffic environments like malls, airports, or busy high‑street locations.
• You enjoy leading from the front – you’re on the floor, not hidden in the back office.
• You understand retail basics: stock control, visual merchandising, cash handling, KPIs, staff rotas.
• You care about customer experience – greeting people, reading the room, and making small moments feel special.
• You’re happy working shifts that match airport trading hours.
• You speak fluent English; Arabic is a bonus, not a requirement – we welcome all backgrounds.
• You are already inside the UAE and able to work in Dubai Airport.
