Job Overview

We are seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Riviera on the Beach. As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all cleaning activities in kitchens and food preparation areas to the highest standards to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.

What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate all cleaning activities in kitchens and food preparation areas.
• Train and monitor stewards in the correct usage of chemicals and handling techniques.
• Liaise with chefs on maintaining all areas of the kitchens, such as machinery, kitchen equipment, floors, and fridges.
• Monitor and record breakages, par stocks, re-ordering, and distribution of all attic stock.
• Complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.

• Collaborative approach to working alongside the Chief Steward, setting the standards of excellent hygiene and safety within the hotel.
