Qualifications

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.

Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre‑commissioning, commissioning/start‑up of Hydrocarbon & non‑Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.

Lead Static Engineer
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the static equipment engineering discipline, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and piping supports.
  • Review and approve static equipment design deliverables, datasheets, calculations, and drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes (ASME, API, ISO), and client specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the static engineering team.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including piping, mechanical, and process engineers.
  • Participate in design reviews, vendor evaluations, and technical audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Pressure Vessel Engineering or equivalent.
  • 12–15 years of experience in static equipment design within Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
  • Prior ADNOC project experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in static design software (PV Elite, Caesar II, markdown, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Senior Static Design Engineer / Static Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and check design calculations, datasheets, drawings, and reports for static equipment.
  • Support the Lead Engineer in technical reviews and coordination with other engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, ADNOC specifications, and safety codes.
  • Participate in vendor document review and equipment selection.
  • Support in HAZOP, design verification, and risk assessment studies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Pressure Vessel Engineering.
  • 8–12 years of experience in static equipment design for Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC project standards is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in PV Elite, Caesar II, or equivalent static equipment design software.
  • Strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and team collaboration ability.
