Job summary

A leading global sportswear company located in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting top retail talent. The successful candidate will manage relationships with hiring managers and HR, deliver a consistent pipeline of candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, particularly in the retail sector.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting ERP platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).

  • True team player with exceptional planning, organizing, and reporting capabilities to ensure recruitment excellence.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven expertise in recruitment within the UAE market (Retail recruitment an advantage).
