The role involves coordinating with Sales Advisors to ensure efficient signing of documents, overseeing SPA documentation in Salesforce, and maintaining organized records. Responsibilities

• Handle the dispatch and collection of Initial and Final Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) through DHL and TCS courier services.
• Coordinate with Sales Advisors/clients to ensure timely completion and signing of Initial and Final SPAs.
• Oversee the scanning, uploading, and updating of all SPAs in Salesforce.
• Manage the proper organization, archiving, and storage of SPA documents.
• Monitor courier activities and provide regular updates to ensure smooth operations.
