The Role

As a Social Media Manager or Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing content strategies that engage audiences and drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day content calendars and oversee content creation (copy, visuals, and video).
  • Monitor, engage, and grow online communities.
  • Analyse performance metrics, create reports, and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and platform updates to integrate into campaigns.
  • Collaborate with wider agency teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous agency experience in social media (manager or executive level).
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices, algorithms, and trends.
  • Proven ability to plan, create, and manage engaging content.
  • Confident in using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.
