Job description

Main Duties: Be able to identify short and medium form content from our show roster and edit them into social-friendly content

• Work closely with global partners for planning and to ensure content is cleared from a usage rights perspective
• Have an excellent and ongoing relationship with the business team to plan social media content in conjunction with the product release.
• Work closely with the core content team to be able plan for material
• Have authority on story/segment selection, production elements, and developing content keeping core ideas intact
• Lead end-to-end content creation and publishing processes
• Work effectively with fellow producers, content marketing, and copywriting team
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in media/video production
• Intermediate Editing on Adobe Premiere
• Editing (Intermediate) on AVID
• Design skills (Basic) in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Having worked on creating specific content across social channels, and understanding different audiences and channel roles
• Having specific vertical content creation experience
• An eye for “virality” and identifying marketable material
• Fluency in Arabic and English reading and writing
• Tech-savvy and has a hunger to learn more tools to expand their knowledge
• Experience in entertainment/longtail content is a huge plus
