Job Title: Furniture Painter

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

• Preparation: Sand, clean, and prepare furniture surfaces, ensuring they are free from dust, grime, or imperfections that could affect the final finish.
• Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to furniture according to project requirements. Achieve a smooth, even finish using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other appropriate tools.
• Colour Matching: Mix colours and shades to match specific client or design requirements accurately.
• Detailing: Work with intricate designs and stencils, adding decorative finishes and ensuring even application on complex surfaces.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for consistency, colour, and smoothness. Make any necessary touch-ups to meet quality standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper handling of paints, stains, and other chemicals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in furniture painting or a similar role, with experience in high-end or custom furniture a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in painting techniques and familiarity with different types of paints, stains, and finishes.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve smooth, precise, and high-quality finishes with a keen eye for colour consistency and quality.
