We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently on time and to the highest quality standards while adhering to local regulations and industry best practices.

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
• Develop and review project plans specifications and cost estimates incorporating innovative and sustainable construction practices
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications UAE building codes and local regulations
• Collaborate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project efficiency
• Implement and maintain quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites
• Analyze and interpret technical data to make informed decisions and prepare detailed status reports
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals in accordance with UAE regulations
• Manage project budgets control costs and optimize resource allocation
• Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and sustainable practices in construction
• Ensure the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years experience in construction projects with a focus on largescale developments

• Strong project management skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
