Your responsibilities:

• Provide information about products or services when needed.
• Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries – walk in or via telephone.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM.
• Maintain front desk and reception area cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and attended to.
