Role & Responsibilities
  • Order Booking for contracts considering the relevant documentation.
  • Follow-up on order bookings and country support.
  • Extract Order booking reports in SAP.
  • Provide to Accounting the relevant information regarding month closing.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to ensure on time cost bookings of HQ fees and parts consumption.
  • Coordinate with Accounting the relevant journal vouchers required on a monthly basis.
Expertise & Qualifications
  • Fresh graduate, preferably Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills.
