Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Typist to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent command of English and Hindi, and a high preference for Arabic proficiency. The role requires extensive experience in company formation, government documentation, and related business services within the UAE.

You will be responsible for preparing, typing, reviewing, and processing various documents with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with UAE government standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and type official documents, letters, forms, agreements, and applications.
  • Handle documentation related to company registration, license renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Prepare documents for DED, Chamber of Commerce, Immigration, Labour, Tasheel, Notary Public, and other UAE authorities.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
  • Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up with government portals.
  • Assist with PRO‑related tasks when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Typist or Senior Typist in the UAE.
  • Mandatory: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
  • High preference: Arabic proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government portals such as: MOHRE.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of company formation and related services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online government systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a typing center or business services center.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation and notarization procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client requests efficiently.
