Job summary

A manufacturing company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced Trade Finance candidate. The role involves monitoring bank liabilities, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring timely payments and documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Trade Finance Services, familiarity with banking systems, and must possess strong communication and negotiation skills. UAE experience is essential, and manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

• 5 years of related experience in Trade Finance Services.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bank liabilities and ensure timely addressing of dues.
• Provide input for clearance of bank liabilities.
• Liaise with sales for expected cash inflows via advances.
• Share reports on liabilities and receivables with department heads.
• Inform sales about export LC requirements and allocate export LCs.
• Review LC drafts and inform sales about necessary amendments.
• Ensure shipments are planned as per LC stipulations and extend if needed.
• Assist in renewal of working capital facilities with banks.
