Job summary

A leading international engineering firm in Dubai is searching for a Sustainability Manager to oversee day-to-day sustainability delivery on construction sites. You will handle LEED and Estidama certification, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with materials governance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience delivering LEED/Estidama projects in the GCC and possess strong skills in managing PDR→PCR workflows. This role requires frequent travel across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 10 years delivering LEED/Estidama on live construction sites in the GCC.
• Strong command of PDR→PCR workflow and Stage 1–4b audit expectations.
• Mandatory: UAE Driving licence and Car.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LEED and Estidama requirements from pre-construction to handover.
• Build and maintain the construction-phase credit plan and evidence logs.
• Run routine sustainability walks and deliver toolbox talks.
