Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in procurement and contracts within Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years in a PMC / Owner’s Engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of EPC contractor procurement and subcontracting.
• Review and endorse EPC RFQs and bid evaluation reports.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.
