We are hiring a Senior Sales Specialist to drive business development and project acquisition across the UAE, with a focus on immersive AV, unified communications, and intelligent workspace solutions.
This role is pivotal in positioning the company as a strategic partner of choice, driving revenue growth, and reinforcing market leadership in next-generation workplace solutions.
The successful candidate will be a proven sales leader with a strong track record in audio‑visual integration, workplace collaboration, and digital workplace transformation.
Role Summary
- Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, closure, and post‑sales engagement.
- Drive sales of AV systems (audio, video, control, collaboration platforms, immersive environments) and Smart Workplace solutions (IoT‑enabled offices, room automation, AI‑driven collaboration).
- Build and sustain senior‑level relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, consultants, facility managers, real‑estate developers, and system integrators.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals, demonstrations, and ROI‑driven business cases to decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with internal design, estimation, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Track market intelligence and emerging trends, refining sales strategy and contributing to go‑to‑market initiatives and campaigns.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums, strengthening visibility and brand presence.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8+ years’ sales experience in AV and Smart Workplace solutions in the UAE, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding multimillion‑dirham targets.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large‑scale AV and workplace transformation projects.
- Strong network across enterprise, government, corporate, and real‑estate sectors.
- Expertise in enterprise/government B2B sales, consultative solution selling, ROI business cases, and high‑value negotiation/closure.
- Familiarity with AV/UC platforms, immersive displays, collaboration spaces, workspace automation, IoT integration, and ELV systems including CCTV, access control, and cabling.
- Experience in tendering, RFP / RFQ processes, and system integrator partnerships.
- UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Candidate Profile
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Fluent in English with excellent client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior decision‑makers.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and results‑driven, with credibility to win complex, high‑value projects.
