Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Lead who can build, scale, and own a complete sales ecosystem around our premium art collections. This role requires a strategic, network‑driven individual with strong PR relationships in the interior design, luxury real estate, and architecture sectors. You will play a key role in creating a high‑performing sales engine supported by powerful partnerships and a scalable agent network.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Own the Sales Process
- Build a full end-to-end sales funnel (prospecting → pitching → closing → after‑sales) tailored for high‑value art and interior sales.
- Create structured SOPs, pitch flows, and deal‑closing frameworks to ensure consistent conversions.
Partnership Development
- Leverage existing PR and industry connections with interior designers, architectural firms, real estate developers, galleries, and luxury clients.
- Develop long‑term strategic partnerships to secure recurring sales pipelines.
Agent Network Expansion
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a distributed network of art agents, interior consultants, realtors, and design partners.
- Build a performance‑driven ecosystem where agents actively promote, source, and close deals.
Strategic Outreach & Growth
- Launch partnership programs, affiliate structures, sales incentives, and collaboration models.
- Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and networking events to drive continuous outreach.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on design trends, luxury consumer behaviors, art movements, and competitor products.
- Share insights to guide product, marketing, and sales strategy.
Revenue Leadership
- Drive and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build accurate forecasting, optimize conversion ratios, and track KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in art sales, luxury product sales, or interior/real estate partnership roles.
- Strong network of interior designers, architects, developers, and design agencies in the region.
- Experience building and scaling agent networks, reseller models, or partnership ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury buyer psychology and high‑value selling.
- Ability to create structure, strategy, and processes independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling fine art, sculptures, limited editions, or luxury decor.
- Background in PR, brand relations, or community building within design/real estate.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, digital sales funnels, and influence/affiliate models.
