Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the hotel’s revenue growth. This role focuses on promoting the hotel’s services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers to increase bookings.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support sales strategy.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions as required.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving team revenue goals and sales objectives
