Job summary

A leading airline is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the growth of non-air partner relationships. This role involves developing and executing partnership strategies with both internal and external stakeholders, aimed at achieving commercial targets and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in loyalty program management or strategic partnerships, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy.
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver the partnership portfolio.
  • Deliver on commercial targets including gross billings and redemption targets.
  • Identify and launch relevant financial or retail partners to support commercial metrics.
  • Manage the complete portfolio of non-air redemption partners.
  • Seek innovative solutions for members to earn and redeem miles.
