The role involves providing personalized services, achieving financial goals, and maximizing profitability. To provide portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank and retain their royalty and respect. Enhance Mashreq Gold Balance sheet sales/ revenues and promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients. Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts. Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank. Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including x‑sell and up‑sell of products to customers, to existing and new to bank customers.
