Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Location Dubai UAE Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying with significant experience in interior fitout projects commercial retail hospitality or similar sectors A degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field RICS Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors accreditation or equivalent is preferred Strong knowledge of both pre and postcontract quantity surveying Expertise in cost estimation budgeting and cost control Proficient in the use of QS software e g CostX Buildsoft or similar Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and problemsolving ability Experience in Interior FitOut Proven track record of handling interior fitout projects is highly advantageous Knowledge of Contracts Familiarity with JCT NEC FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
