Job summary

A leading technology firm in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee enhancements to their Smart Workforce Management system. You will manage project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery, while also tracking vendor performance. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of Project Management experience and strong knowledge of complex integrations. PMP or Prince2 certification is required.

Job description

• Project manage the improvements initiatives for Smart Workforce Management system (SWFM) including but not limited to functionality enhancements integrations with other systems overseeing testing and production go-live.
• Manage project execution with a focus on RAID and management of time cost and quality. Ensure that business change management and training programs are in place for successful adoption and obtaining value.
• Track detailed execution plans from vendors and third parties and proactively remediate risks.

Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of complex ecosystem integration projects and experience in ServiceMax or similar SWFM solutions upgrades is essential for this role
• At least 8 years of Project Management expertise with PMP Prince2 or similar certifications.
