Overview

Job Profile

The senior product specialist is responsible for promoting and selling the company's aesthetic injectables products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly and maintaining strong relationships. The role includes collecting sales orders from clinics/medical aesthetic centers under assigned accounts and coaching junior team members, while comparing company products to competitors and providing detailed information on product options.

Responsibilities

• Coaching junior staff, providing them with information about market, customers, and products, and helping them with their sales deals.
• Schedule appointments and meet existing and new customers to promote Imdad’s product and determine other opportunities through effective use of company sales aids and marketing data.
• Perform direct face-to-face detailing of the product benefits with the objective of enlisting the product in the aesthetic clinic or medical center.
• Generate sales orders while monitoring market share and supporting Imdad’s injectables business unit activities in clinics when needed (group meetings, hands-on workshops or training).
• Act as the main point of contact and source of information about the products and technical methods of using them.
• Provide adequate information about new clinics/medical centers regarding enlisting and purchasing relevant aesthetic products, working physicians, relevant competitor products and activities, and update customer databases with proper contact details.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor activities/events, and pricing changes/policies in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision makers, doctors, and other relevant personnel, and work toward generating new business opportunities.
• Participate in marketing activities that support the brand.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in the designated territory.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or any scientifically related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a medical-related field, with a minimum of 3 years in aesthetic injectables.
• Previous experience in fillers market with technical understanding and geography knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must.
