Why this role matters

As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for driving key initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance across our digital services platform. You will own key areas of the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and play a central role in product strategy, planning, prioritisation and delivery. You’ll directly impact business outcomes through data‑driven decision making and strategic product leadership.

What you’ll do

• Define product vision and strategy translating company objectives into actionable product roadmaps
• Own key business metrics and drive measurable improvements
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis and market assessments to identify opportunities
• Lead cross‑functional teams through influence, building consensus without formal authority
• Translate insights into clear product specifications, user stories and success criteria
• Apply product frameworks (Jobs to be Done, Design Thinking) to solve complex problems
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level stakeholders, presenting product vision and results
• Champion experimentation culture using A/B testing and rapid prototyping
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product organisation maturity

What you’ll bring

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

• 7 years of consumer product management experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing customer‑facing digital products.
• Proven track record of owning products from 0‑1 and scaling to millions of users
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Tableau etc) and making data‑driven decisions
• Background in high‑growth, fast‑paced companies with demonstrated business impact
• Experience managing products across web, iOS and Android platforms

Skills Must‑haves

• Strategic thinking with ability to balance long‑ vision and short‑term execution
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools
• Exceptional communication skills – ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development practices
• Customer obsession with proven ability to translate user needs into successful products
• Business acumen including understanding of unit economics and growth metrics

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience with AI/ML product features or personalization engines
• Previous experience in telco emerging markets or multi‑country products
