We are seeking a proactive and creative Senior Product Executive to develop and manage excursions and bespoke experiences collection for our UAE business. The role focuses on creating innovative, high‑end, and culturally immersive products tailored to the needs of specific source markets.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Product Executive role is passionate about destination experiences and understands the needs of luxury travelers. They are commercially driven, detail‑oriented, and skilled in curating differentiated offerings that exceed client expectations.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Design & Development
  • Create engaging multi‑country travel experiences combining destinations such as the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Maldives, Mauritius, and Sri Lanka.
  • Craft thematic itineraries (luxury, cultural, adventure, family, wellness, honeymoon, etc.) ensuring creativity, competitiveness, and feasibility.
  • Research trends, destination insights, to enrich the existing product portfolio.
  • Liaise with Experience and Contracting departments across all destinations to secure the best possible rates, terms, and availability.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in product offerings across countries.
    Content & Documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain product fact sheets, itinerary documents, pricing structures, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure all products are accurately represented across all platforms.
Quality Control & Benchmarking
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service reports to suggest and implement improvements.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with excursions, sales, operations, and reservations teams to brief and train on new product offerings.
  • Support on ad‑hoc projects as needed.
  • Load and maintain excursion products in internal systems and ensure visibility on B2B/B2C platforms.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth user experience for product access and booking.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Industry Experience – 2-4 years of experience in the tourism sector ideally within a DMC, previous experience in product development would be an advantage.
  • Market Knowledge – Good understanding of the UAE’s tourism offerings, including hidden gems and exclusive access venues would be an advantage.
  • Technical Acumen - Comfortable with tour operating systems and product loading tools.
  • Cultural Awareness - Skilled in adapting experiences and communications to match the expectations of diverse source markets.
  • IT Proficiency - proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). An understanding of reservation/product platforms would be an advantage.
  • Communication - excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
