Qualifications

• 8+ years experience working in mixed use projects.
• Candidates MUST be immediately available and currently based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
• Integrate inter-discipline schedule requirements.
• Review and assess work sequences with total project plans.
• Establish methods for determining activity durations.
• Review and approve invoice verification for payment.
• Identify and analyze schedule deviations and recommend actions.
• Develop and write schedule commentary for reports.
