Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules from proposal through execution.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and progress tracking systems.
• Assign resources to activities to track progress and productivity.
• Monitor schedule performance and update timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Conduct critical path analysis and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide schedule updates and progress reports regularly.
• Support project teams with delay analysis and extension justifications.
• Present schedule status updates in meetings.
• Ensure compliance with planning and reporting procedures.
