Job Purpose
To oversee and enhance talent relations within Emarat by providing advanced support in employee relations, HR operations, and compliance, ensuring seamless communication between employees and management while contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the execution of HR operations by coordinating complex administrative and payroll-related activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records and data within the HR Information System (HRIS), maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated employee inquiries, offering expert clarification on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare and validate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support and guide line managers in resolving employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Participate in and support grievance and disciplinary procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to policies.
- Support in the implementation of attendance and payroll monitoring processes, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and compliance with UAE labor law.
- Provide advanced administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Monitor updates to labor laws and regulatory requirements and advise the Talent Relations Manager on compliance implications.
- Contribute to departmental planning efforts by compiling HR data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support efficient HR operations and employee services.
- Support the development and delivery of internal HR communications and initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and awareness of HR services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent relations, HR, or a related role, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
- Proven experience of labor laws and regulations in the UAE, along with best practices in talent management and employee engagement.
