We are currently recruiting a Senior Officer - Business Process Delivery for our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Purpose

To lead and execute KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes for client onboarding and reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies (Insurance)

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and liaise with IT for implementation.
  • Conduct process audits and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support system enhancements and ensure successful project rollouts.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
  • Must have CAMS certification
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in business process delivery or operations in Insurance domain
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic) required.
