Flint International seeks a Senior Network Engineer (R&S/SP) to design, operate, and scale provider‑grade IP/MPLS networks. Your work will ensure carrier-class resiliency, performance, and capacity for high-demand services.

You will architect and support core/edge networks with BGP, IS‑IS/OSPF, and MPLS (L2/L3VPN), driving reliability and traffic engineering. Expect hands‑on with platforms such as Cisco IOS‑XR/ASR and/or Juniper MX, implementing QoS, route policies, and high availability. You’ll lead change, troubleshoot complex incidents, and collaborate on capacity planning, peering, and security hardening. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize IP/MPLS networks for SP and large enterprise use
• Engineer L2/L3VPN services, routing policies, and TE for scale and stability

• Plan capacity, conduct upgrades, and manage software lifecycles
• Build runbooks, MOPs, and test plans; lead change windows and RCAs

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
