Role Snapshot
Own the go-to-market and brand growth for a real-estate portfolio. Turn lead behavior and market signals into insight-led strategy, lead performance marketing/SEM, create luxury-grade brand experiences, and deliver sales-ready pipelines via tight CRM + Sales alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Insights
- Build the marketing strategy (positioning, audience, messaging, media mix) from lead behavior, funnel analytics, and market research.
- Define ICPs/segments (investors, end-users, brokers) and set MQL/SQL definitions with Sales.
- Skilled in end-to-end campaign setup—concept, build, launch, and optimize.
Performance/Digital & SEM
- Own paid media strategies across Google Search/Display/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS.
- Drive SEO & CRO (landing pages, A/B tests, heatmaps, page speed, tracking/UTM hygiene).
- Build weekly pacing & optimization rituals, creative testing frameworks, and scorecards.
Branding & Creative (Luxury, Lifestyle & F&B)
- Lead brand architecture, tone, and visual identity across masterbrand and projects.
- Conceive lifestyle/F&B collabs, pop-ups, partnerships, influencer/KOL moments that elevate brand equity.
- Oversee creative briefs, production (photo/video/CGI), and asset quality across touchpoints.
CRM, Automation & Lead Ops
- Oversee CRM journeys (lead capture → scoring → nurture → handoff), with WhatsApp/SMS/email automation.
- Possess a strong knowledge in Integrating ad platforms, web forms, call center, and portals into CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho/Dynamics).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to mine lead behavior/funnel analytics into actionable insights and craft niche strategies that improve performance and strengthen the brand.
Events & Go-to-Market
- Plan and deliver launch events, broker roadshows, open houses, Cityscape/industry exhibitions—end-to-end (concept, venue, permits, vendors, budgets, ROI).
- Build campaign calendars (launches, offers, remarketing, retention), aligned with sales targets.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Align daily with Sales, Creative, Development, External Agencies; run timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Ensure legal/RERA-compliant advertising (disclaimers, approvals), and brand consistency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7 –10 years UAE experience in real estate marketing with proven SEM/Performance Marketing ownership.
- Bilingual Arabic & English (excellent copywriting/presentation in both).
- Track record building insight-led strategies from lead behavior & funnel data.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta/TikTok/Snap Ads, GA4, GTM, Hotjar, landing-page tools (WordPress/Webflow/Unbounce).
- CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho/Dynamics) incl. automation, lead routing, scoring, WhatsApp Business API is a plus
- Strong events portfolio in real estate; comfort operating in luxury retail/lifestyle & F&B aesthetics.
- Agency/vendor leadership, budget control, and superb stakeholder communication.
