About the job Senior Manager Treasury- Funding & Investor Relations

We are seekingSenior Manager Funding & Investor Relations | Emirati Talent | Finance for our prestigious client in the UAE.

The Senior Manager Funding & Investor Relations is responsible for identifying funding needs across Group companies and proposing or arranging effective financing solutions. The role is a key member of the capital markets team, supporting the maintenance and enhancement of capital market programmes and issuances. The position also supports Investor Relations activities, including managing website content, and plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with lenders and credit rating agencies.

Role Profile
Funding & Capital Markets

Analyze funding requirements of business units based on strategic and financial plans.

Propose and arrange funding solutions at Group and Operating Company levels.

Liaise with banks to structure and negotiate credit facilities, in coordination with Legal.

Collaborate with the Sustainability function to align financing activities with ESG objectives, where applicable.

Prepare annual updates and compliance certifications for capital markets programmes.

Support annual capital markets programme updates, debt issuances, and other financial projects as needed.

Investor Relations

Prepare and update investor presentations.

Manage and maintain Investor Relations website content.

Ensure timely preparation and release of bi-annual financial results press releases.

Coordinate with Corporate Communications on press releases, annual reports, and ad hoc communication needs.

Ensure timely release of financial statements and required announcements to listing authorities.

Credit Rating Agencies & Lender Relations

Prepare annual rating agency presentations and coordinate internal preparation for meetings.

Manage ongoing relationships with rating agencies, including responding to quarterly and ad hoc information requests.

Prepare and deliver quarterly loan compliance certificates, sustainability compliance certificates, and financial statements to lenders in a timely manner.

Internal Excellence & Stewardship

Contribute to environmental stewardship by aligning work practices with ISO standards and enhancing internal systems for improved effectiveness.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in treasury, funding, investor relations, or capital markets.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
