Act as support to the Leader Legal in primarily legal matters, with responsibilities impacting IMEA region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary legal advisor for all legal matters in daily business across GLP, KSA, NWA, and Turkey.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance.
  • Advise stakeholders during contract negotiations, providing risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain governance documents, including resolutions and meeting minutes for regional entities.
  • Coordinate with authorities and external counsel for legal document registration.
  • Monitor and renew licenses and permits, liaising with PROs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Manage legal correspondence related to customs and customers, ensuring accuracy.
  • Guide onboarding processes for suppliers and customers, including KYC and compliance checks.
  • Advise on legal aspects of after-sales, third-party contracts, and dispute resolution.
  • Support logistics and operations teams on customs and trade agreements.
  • Review marketing agreements, focusing on IP and compliance.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor legislative developments.
  • Maintain and update the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel for specialized matters.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align legal guidance with strategic goals.

Qualifications:
