SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Job Summary

KN International is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead and oversee landscape projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design project management and team leadership while integrating sustainable and innovative solutions. This role requires excellent collaboration skills to work with clients designers architects and engineers to create landscapes that are functional aesthetic and environmentally responsible.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of landscape architects and designers providing guidance mentorship and technical expertise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders ensuring smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules budgets and resources to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Conduct and coordinate internal project meetings with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative landscape design solutions aligned with project goals.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design plans including site analysis planting layouts hardscape designs and construction details.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of design documentation material selection and construction techniques.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects engineers and urban planners to integrate landscape design into larger development projects.
• Facilitate client meetings presentations and progress updates ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and stakeholders.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and best practices into all landscape projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority guidelines environmental regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape architecture and project management preferably within the UAE
• Proven experience in team leadership and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques materials and sustainable design.
• Excellent communication presentation and client management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve make decisions and work independently while leading a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of UAE Authority Guidelines is required.
