The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Cloud solutions and contact center environments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable communication and optimal technology performance throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Support / System Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud and On-Premise Contact Center Solutions.
  • Experience with monitoring server health and addressing performance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Edge Device for optimal performance.
  • Administer and manage PBX and PRI lines for telecommunication.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
  • Provide IT support for local offices and ensure reliable connectivity.
