Senior Financial Analyst (Full-Time, 2–3 Months, Full Immersion) – Dubai | Smart Mobility Project

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and fully immerse themselves in the development of a new smart mobility (ride-hailing) platform in Dubai. This role requires someone who can think strategically, work closely with the founders, and build the complete analytical and financial backbone of the project.

This is a full-time, 2–3 month contract, with the possibility of extension. Work can be onsite in Dubai or remote, but full daily involvement is required.

Responsibilities

• Fully immerse in the project and work closely with the founders on a daily basis
• Conduct in-depth market research on the UAE ride-hailing and mobility industry
• Analyze demand, pricing, driver economics, competition, and regulatory environment
• Build a complete financial model (3–5 year forecast): unit economics, revenue drivers, cost structure, CAC/LTV, payouts, OPEX/CAPEX
• Prepare a full Feasibility Study required for RTA approval
• Contribute to the operating model, monetization strategy, and business logic
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations for decision-making
• Support in preparing the full RTA submission package
• Deliver clear, structured documentation for government review

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, venture analysis, fintech, mobility, or startup environments
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and market research
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; PowerBI/Tableau is a plus
• Experience preparing feasibility studies or regulatory documents is an advantage
• Ability to deeply understand business logic, not just calculate numbers
• Fast, proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work: • Onsite in Dubai, or • Remote with full daily availability and involvement
• Excellent English
• International / European background preferred (not required)
