Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including reviewing supplier accounts, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for external audits, coordinating with auditors and addressing any issues identified.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations, creating necessary files and preparing preliminary trial reports in anticipation of implementation.
  • Oversee VAT compliance, including accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of VAT-related transactions, and timely submission of VAT returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, local affiliate management, and external consultants to support financial operations and reporting.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all financial processes, providing transparent audit trails and regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years\' experience in a similar role, preferably in regional financial operations
  • Proficiency in IFS, Concur, Cognos, banking platforms, and MS Office applications
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
