Job summary

A diversified regional business in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager - Process & Compliance to lead ERP implementations and drive compliance. The role demands extensive ERP experience, particularly with SAP, alongside a degree in Finance or related fields. Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience, including at least 4 years supporting SAP/other ERP processes.
• Automotive/retail industry experience preferred; SAP inbound/outbound process super user capability.
• Qualifications/certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or Project Management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives and act as the finance lead for ERP implementations.
• Drive digital transformation and enable data-driven decision making.
