Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Documents Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and transportation and will be responsible for managing all project documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Develop and implement document control procedures for the companys construction and transportation projects
  • - Ensure all project documents are accurately and securely stored maintained and distributed to relevant parties
  • - Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of project documents
  • - Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all project documents
  • - Monitor and track project documents to ensure they are up to date and in compliance with project requirements
  • - Prepare and maintain project document registers and logs
  • - Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and systems
  • - Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients and subcontractors to ensure timely exchange of project documents
  • - Ensure all project documents are properly archived and stored for future reference
  • - Collaborate with other departments to improve document control processes and systems
  • - Prepare and submit document control reports to management as required
Qualifications
  • - Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field
  • - Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control preferably in the construction and transportation industry
  • Fluent speak and write Arabic
  • - Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
  • - Proficient in using document control software and Microsoft Office applications
  • - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
