Qualifications

• 13-20 years of design manager experience on hospitality projects.
• Experience in LEED would be beneficial.
• Previous working experience in the region, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process through the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement the Design Management Plan (DMP).
• Manage and assist the client with the procurement of Design Consultant.
