Qualifications

• Experience in pre and post contract in residential projects in UAE.
• Minimum 10 years consultancy experience with minimum 5 years in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial aspects of residential projects, managing contracts and budgets.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for development projects.
• Conduct market analysis for construction costs and materials.
• Manage tender processes and assist clients in contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and manage project close-out procedures.
