A financial institution in Sharjah is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer focused on Sanctions Screening. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving sanctions alerts, performing quality checks, and ensuring adherence to local and international regulations. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in UAE banking, handling diverse sanctions. This role involves advising on risks, supporting policy implementation, and escalating high-risk matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ proven Sanctions Screening experience in UAE banks.
• Experience handling UN, OFAC, EU, and UAE sanctions.
• Previous senior or supervisory responsibilities.
