Qualifications

• 7–10 years of UAE experience in industrial/warehouse construction or office interior projects.
• Proven track record managing projects independently from start to handover.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and manpower deployment.
• Lead daily on-ground activities to ensure progress as per schedule.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard subcontractors with detailed technical documentation.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to obtain approvals and NOCs.
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit weekly reports to management.
