Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and management of civil and interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision and execution of civil, fit-out, or renovation works
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans

Monitor project progress and report updates to senior engineers or project managers

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site professionals

Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained on-site

Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and inspection schedules

Support quantity surveying, cost estimation, and documentation tasks

Manage client inspections and resolve site issues in coordination with the team

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE (interior fit-out or construction preferred)

Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Office, and basic project tracking tools

Familiar with UAE construction regulations and safety standards

Strong site coordination and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
